2. Products and Availability

- If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are placed through our website only.
- Payment is taken at checkout using the available methods.
- An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
- Prices are shown in GBP and are not subject to VAT.
- Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.
4. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed at the frequency shown at checkout (e.g., monthly for the Salsa Club).
- Each subscription delivery occurs according to the schedule selected at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription pricing or delivery schedules may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Changes do not apply retroactively.
- Subscription deliveries are subject to product availability. If a delivery cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

- Images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.
- You are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before ordering.
6. Delivery
- We deliver within the UK using reputable, trackable courier services.
- Delivery options, estimated times, and costs are shown at checkout.
- Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.
Risk in transit
- Products are carefully packaged before dispatch.
- Once handed to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
- We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage, except where caused by our negligence.
- If your order does not arrive, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
7. Perishable Goods, Returns and Refunds
- Our products are perishable food items.
- We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- Evidence (such as photographs and order details) may be requested.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Improper storage or handling
- Intentional damage
- Products that have been consumed or tampered with
This applies to both one-time and subscription orders. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability in relation to any product or subscription delivery is limited to the price paid for that product or delivery.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
