Escabeche

A cherished Mexican staple, handcrafted in small batches, this traditional escabeche combines crisp vegetables with a tangy, subtly spiced vinegar brine. Adds vibrant flavour to tacos, sandwiches, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within two weeks. Shake well before use.
